What does it cost to work with Fulcrum?
Fulcrum doesn't charge anything outside the standard 20% on gross monthly revenue. Both the owner of the property and the host should be aligned on performance of the property.
Does Fulcrum accept all applicants?
We manage all kinds of properties but we do want to make sure everyone has the best experience possible so we review properties to make sure the owners goals and Fulcrum's goals align.
Who owns the listing?
Fulcrum will manage the listing and own the listing. This allows the company to achieve the level performance our clients are looking for without having to jump over unnecessary hurdles.
Is there a contract?
Clients have zero commitment to stay with the company if it anytime and for any reason our clients wish to go elsewhere they are free to do so.
